"They knocked on his window, he rolled it down, claimed to them you recognize, 'do what you have to do as a law enforcement officer' after which he rolled it back again up and then they asked him to roll it down all over again, he cracked it plus they explained to him to receive out of the vehicle," witness Dylan Vega reported.
